CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

To access the platform, list properties, obtain information about Beleta Brokers, you must sign up following these simple steps:

1. Choose the profile type:
   • Broker - Any real estate professional who manages a portfolio of AAA residential properties, advising and generating income for the owners.
   • Owner - Any user who wants to list one or more properties he owns.
2. Once you have chosen your profile, you can create your account through:
   • Facebook
   • Google
   • Email - You must enter your email address and password.
3. If you qualify to be a "Beleta Broker" and be part of an exclusive community of Brokers, you can request your access code through the following options:
   • In the Header, click Join as a Broker - Join as a Beleta Broker - this button will enable the form to complete the information that accredits your Beleta Broker application.
   • If you created an account as Broker/Owner and wish to change to Beleta Broker, you must follow the route: User photo - Profile - Change to Beleta Broker - this button will enable the form to send your request.
   • Subscriptions - Beleta Broker - Contact us - this button will enable the form to send your request.

LOG IN

Once you have created your account and regardless of the profile you have chosen, you will be able to access, list properties, obtain information about Beleta Brokers and more through:

• Facebook
• Google
• Email - You must enter your email address and password.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

We have designed only 3 types of subscriptions that are perfectly suited to the needs of each of the existing profiles, in order to simplify the process of choosing and purchasing the monthly subscription.

1. Owner - Designed for those owners who are looking to list their property for sale, rent or seasonal rental without intermediaries. It´s as simple as making a one-time or recurring monthly payment.
   It is possible to list only 1 property and purchase as many Owner subscriptions as necessary.
2. Agent - Designed for those owners and/or real estate agents who do not hold a valid real estate sales agent certification, but manage more than one property for sale, rent or seasonal rent.
   It is possible to list up to 10 properties and purchase as many Agent subscriptions as necessary.
   Agents will be able to upload their entire portfolio and will pay only for active properties.
3. Broker Beleta - Designed for those real estate brokers who are certified as a real estate professiona managing more than one property for sale, rent or seasonal rent.

BELETA BROKER

A Beleta Broker is a real estate consultant who has certification, constant courses and training as a real estate professional. Ethical, prepared and trained advisors helping their clients buy, sell, or rent houses or other properties.

Beleta Beleta must have a track record proving years of experience on real estate industry and have managed to improve the advice and process of buying and selling AAA residential real estate in Mexico.

REQUIREMENTS

Any agent who whishes to become a Beleta Broker, must fill the form found in “Join as Beleta Broker” section.
Once the form is sent, our internal team will check the information received to validate that the Broker meets the following requirements:

• Proven track record.
• AAA residential real estate portfolio.
• Valid certification as a real estate professional.
• Partners within a recognized Real Estate Association in Mexico.

BELETA SUBURBS

Before listing a property, please review the Beleta Suburbs’ list in the following link; ensure its location is pre-approved by the platform.

MY LISTING IS NOT ACTIVE AFTER 72 HOURS OF WAITING

The process of reviewing a property listing can take up to 72 hours to review and list in Beleta, however, unforeseen events may delay said process; even communication failure can be the reason of the problem.
In case you do not receive an email informing the status of your listing, please contact us through our help channels and we will assist you as soon as possible.

¿HOW TO CANCEL A RECURRING MONTHLY PAYMENT?

1. Log into your account in beleta.mx
2. Click in your profile picture and then click in Subscriptions.
3. Click Cancel subscription.
4. The recurring monthly payment will be cancelled as soon as the billing date is over.
