As a result of the high demand experienced by the nearby neighborhood Lomas de Chapultepec, in the 1970’s Bosques de las Lomas was developed and remains one of the most exclusive areas in Mexico City to date. It is located in the western part of Mexico City in Miguel Hidalgo and Cuajimalpa boroughs.
The design of this neighborhood was conceptualized with the purpose of harmonically integrating large residences with diverse green areas, revealing a feeling of coexistence with nature. Through its main avenues, (Bosques de la Reforma, Paseo de los Laureles, Ahuehuetes Sur and Ahuehuetes Norte) there is a clear perception of open spaces, exclusivity, and elegance which, coupled with its generous green areas, creates a very special and unique ambiance for its residents.

It is a residential neighborhood surrounded by green areas, an ideal place for families of all sizes. In Bosques you won’t have to go far to find everything you need, there are good schools, shopping centers, office buildings, religious temples, supermarkets, parks, and restaurants, among other services.

Bosques de las Lomas is a quiet area to live. It is a very family-friendly neighborhood where parents can work and kids can go to school. On the weekends, you can find entire families walking down the streets with their pets, doing exercise, and enjoying the many shopping areas around.

Walk. There are many streets that are very steep, which will leave you out of breath. The use of a car is the most convenient way to move about the neighborhood.
Residential market
The residential market in Bosques consists mainly of newly built large individual homes, as well as horizontal condominiums. On a smaller scale, you will find apartment buildings located mainly in Bosques de la Reforma, Secretaría de Marina and Paseo de los Tamarindos.
